The Ball Valve series supports a wide range of technical parameters: sizes from DN15 to DN1000 (1/2" - 40"), working pressure from PN1.6Mpa to 42.0Mpa (150Lb - 2500Lb), and working temperatures from -196°C to 800°C. Multiple drive modes are available, including manual, worm gear, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic operation.
The Floating Ball Valve series is designed for medium and low pressure applications, featuring a free-floating ball that presses tightly against the downstream seat under medium pressure to achieve reliable sealing performance, making it widely used in petroleum, natural gas and chemical pipelines.
As a key product in the lineup, the API Ball Valve series is manufactured strictly according to API standards, ensuring dimensional accuracy, sealing reliability and pressure-bearing performance for demanding oil and gas applications.
Dongri Valve adopts diversified material options to suit different working conditions: carbon steel WCB, WCC, A105; low-temperature steel LCB, LCC, LC6, LC9, LF1, LF2, LF3; high-temperature steel WC6, WC9, C5, CA12, CA15, F11, F22, F5; austenitic stainless steel CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CF8C, F304, F316, F304L, F316L, F347; duplex stainless steel 4A, 5A, F51, F55 and other special alloy materials.
